Kelly Hoy

Kelly Hoy serves as General Counsel and is responsible for leading Legacy Capital Partners’ investing activity. Her primary responsibility is focused on the underwriting and structuring of Legacy’s investments. Kelly’s involvement in the real estate industry began in 1989 as an attorney focused on development and finance. Her experience includes transactions ranging from land acquisition through project leasing, and she has represented real estate developers in connection with the acquisition, development, syndication, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Legacy Capital Partners, Kelly served as First Interstate Properties’ General Counsel, responsible for the company’s legal affairs in the areas of asset acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing. Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Akron. She is also a certified public accountant (inactive).
